What is included with the rental?
The rental includes the WoundPro+ control unit, carrying case, power supply, tubing and connectors, a canister and a user guide. Dressing supplies are matched to the order.
What do you need from my doctor?
A doctor’s order is required before the rental can ship. If you have questions about the order, talk to us. We can help.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We are based in Fernandina Beach, Florida, and ship wound vac equipment nationwide. Delivery timing depends on the completed order and carrier availability.
Do you bill insurance or Medicare?
No. We are a direct-pay provider and do not bill Medicare or insurance. Your cost is confirmed before anything ships.
How do returns work?
